Zenger Group was founded in 1980 as Parkside Press by father and son team George J. and George F. Zenger and quickly employed additional members of the Zenger family. Over the years, the company has grown aggressively through major acquisitions in 1987 (Buffalo Lithograph), 2001 (Partners Press) and 2010 (Boncraft).

In addition, the company was bolstered by organic growth embracing emerging technologies such as PostScript-based composition and imaging, desktop color, computer to plate and full variable digital printing that put the company in the forefront of industry technology adoption. Today, Zenger Group is owned by brothers Joseph, John and Stephen Zenger and employs over 120 graphic arts operators, technicians and professionals across three production facilities.
